Fair Trade Self-Regulatory Compliance
Pledge
I solemnly promise to respect fair trade laws and regulations in carrying out my corporate duties,
to strive for collaborative growth with our clients and partners/suppliers,
and to fulfill my societal responsibilities and obligations as an ethical corporation through honest competition.
One. I shall refrain from direct or indirect engagement with employees in related sectors that contravenes the law, including unauthorized meetings, communication, and information exchange. In cases of unavoidable contact, I will unequivocally voice my opposition to any suspicious collusion activities.
One. I will eschew unfair trading practices, such as enforcing purchases or pressurizing sales targets when interacting with clients.
One. When transacting with affiliated corporations, I shall prevent unjust support actions by ensuring trade occurs on a justified contractual basis and at market rates.
One. I shall not exploit my trading position to perpetrate unfair trade practices against partners/suppliers, including verbal orders, unjust payment determination and deductions, contract cancellations, requests for technical documents, and misuse.
One. I shall neither instruct my team members to breach fair trade norms nor condone or facilitate such breaches by my employees.
One. I commit to processing all work matters by the Fair Trade Self-Regulatory Compliance Program, ensuring prompt consultation with the relevant department on the issues suspected of constituting unfair trade.
